Air Pump removal ? questions

Hey everybody we are going to go through tomorrow and remove my buddies air pump on my buddies OB2 96 Z. We wanna know is if there is any Vital systems hooked up to this or is it just a symple removal with no further complications with it with in the computer.

With OBD2 the computer will notice it. Theres no performance gains from removing the airpump, so I wouldnt bother.

Well were probably gonnna just do it cuz its fugley and thats probalby about it,

Nothing vital is hooked up to the AIR pump. The removal is very easy and definitely worth it. Less clutter and nonsense under the hood is a big help, especially with these cars.
