So i've been blowing my air pump fuse's lately. I changed the blown one put another 20a fuse in, and blew that one. As we all know this sets off the SES light which makes the second fan come on and makes my car sound like a jet plane. Any ideas as to why my air pump fuse keeps blowing?

Remove it!

 

What year is your car? Certain years had a recall on the air pump circuit. You might want to check into that.
