I "fabricated" a plug out of some 3/4" hose and brass fittings awhile ago, but it's ugly and I'd like something nicer looking.

I'd just fill the hole in my CAI but I'd kinda like things to be reversable for that 1 in 10^348 chance that I need to put the pump back on and have it functional.

I was greeted with blank stares at my local speed shop when I asked about a vacuum cap that big. Think the odd-shaped parts Mecca known as Napa would have such a creature?

Just yesterday I bought some black rubberish caps from Home Depot. I needed some that were 7/8". They had several different types and sizes. They were in the door hardware section.

You will save about 7 pounds of weight, and clean up the plumbing under the hood. There is no other performance advantage. The AIR system only runs a couple minutes at startup to heat the cat(s) up faster.

I did !AIR in order to undo the !sanity mod. It's nice to be able to stick my arms down from the top and get to the bottom of the motor.
