Air/Fuel Testing?

If there anyway (besides on a dyno) to check out my air/fuel?

You'll need a wide band O2 meter to accuratly know your a/f ratio. I think these go for around $500 for the full kit. You can have a scanning tool measure the reading your O2 sensors send to the PCM, but these sensors are accurate only at around 14.7 a/f ratio.
