what will it efect if I have them deleted in a tune

 

deleting the air will affect tailpipe emissions as it helps the cat burn raw fuel

edit: if the egr is tuned out it should not cause knock, the reason for knock is because the pcm advances timing when egr is actuated

 

Lack of EGR can cause knock. The EGR reduces high combustion temps that can lead to preignition.

 

AIR only runs when the car is cold started or when the coolant temp goes below a certain temp.

It also runs randomly for system checks.
