AI head choice

Alright, so i'm looking for some heads for my new project. I'm taking a low miles lt1 I have and replacing the motor in my 96 ss with it. I'm going to put some really good heads on it and a pretty nasty, yet streetable, cam in it to use with the mods already on my car. I'm looking to make about 420-450rwhp with the setup. In addition to the mods already on my car i'm going to use a fully ported intake, bigger throttle body, an electric water pump and finish removing the egr stuff.

My question is which of these heads do you think would be a better choice for the build? http://www.advancedinduction.com/AiProductsLTx.html

Also any other oppinions are appreciated so say what you think.

Chris

for 450rwhp your going to most likely need TFS castings if your not going to run a SR cam. 420rw is a different story, stock casting (200cc) and a big HR cam should do it considering your an m6 car. The 30rw hp difference is really a lot. are you planning on a 383/396?

I think 200cc heads with a hig HR cam should work well for you. If setup right you should see 420-440. If you have the budget step up to a solid roller setup.

Ron is a great guy on the phone and very helpful. Call them up and ask for their oppinion.

thanks for the input, the reason i put 420-450rwhp is because if i make at least 420-430 i'll be happy.
