ok, i just got done putting the scanner on it. While I was messing with it it threw a code, right 02 sensor to lean, listed below is the info This is at idle

Left Right
BLM's 125 BLM's 160
02 85-895(very irradic steady 60
even worse
when driving
BPW 3.6 4.6
Map 1.34
Timing 20

When driving the car the left side BLM's and 02 readings jumped around everywhere. Car still runs like a sick V6.

Hope this sheds some insight.

They are supposed to do that. The only time you have a fixed number is in closed loop. As for your other numbers.....your blm's should be 128 or as close to it as possible. A higher number means your lean and a lower number means your rich. Your map seems really low, mine is usually in the 9's or 10's. What kinda software were you using because it could just be in a different unit of measure.

It stays in closed loop, I think maybe once I saw it go into open. at WOT it didn't change. I am using the Snap ON MT2500 scanner.

I would Double Check your rockers, If one is too tight, you'll loose that Cyl. Very Easy to do on SBC's

My thoughts exactly^^^. How did you tighten the rockers? Did you pre-load the lifters?

Based on what I've read so far I think that's it, I had to Adjust Mine 3 times before the Compression readings were Even, I like the GM Meathod of adjusting. Adjusting rockers while engine is running is a MESS!!

Well its offical........I'm an idiot......

I drove the car again last night and it just felt so damn rough. So today we took the alternator off and checked the plug wires again, and there were 3 on the wrong cylinders, The way the wires are ran, its hard to tell which wire was which, so needless to say, it runs smoother and pulls like a SOB and kills the 315 Nitto's in first and some into second. Man, stupid **** pisses me off. Thanks for all of the replies guys. I appreciate it.
