Thought I'd share what I found again. I sent them an email asking for their flow #'s. I've never heard of the Howards parts though.

Seems a bit pricey if these are the bare heads. I got my complete AFR 190's for $1500 (racer's price) and had the guy doing the rest of my engine build up to finish porting them. My flow numbers are 285i and 215e. I'd pass on this one or call AFR direct, like I did, and haggle them for a better price.
