I was thinking about the AFR 215cc raised runners for my 94 LT1.
I plan on doing a 396 or 407 stroker kit as well, I want to make sure I picked a good set of heads. Any suggestions???

 

if i remember correctly the 215's come unfinished so you gotta have a good machine shop go to town on them. also it brings into play custom intakes. might want to look at the 227's as they are a the LT4 raised runner design and you have a few more intake options.

 

Why don't you consult an engine building who can really match up and optimize your combo. Your spending big money if your going to a big cube stroker, why not make the most of it. AFR's are good castings because there is lots of material for a porter to work with. The Ports as provided are not the best.

What are your goals for this build exactly? They could likely be met with a cheaper setup, even if they are fairly lofty
