On a 350 those heads will be very piggy down low, unless you up the compression quite a bit. Unless you are planning a 383 in the near future, the 195s are better suited to the smaller motor(350). On a side note I planned on staying 350 for a while when I bought my 190s , but a spun bearing changed my plans quickly and my 190s are borderline now for what I'm doing, I wish I had bought the 210s basic then and ported them when the 383 cam along, I have ported the 190s to where they flow in the 285 /207 range at 600 lift so they will get the job done.

With a large cam and assuming your tune is down and your heads flow decent. I don't see why 116-119 can't be a problem. Reason the 3mph difference is to take into account the weight, temp at the track...etc.

Yes....along time ago I went 12.4's@110, so with 116mph, mid 11's could be achieved.

im going to be getting these heads too(210 lt4 race ready),im gonna order them in the fall and get tuned by pcm4less.im also going to get a custom cam tamer than an 847 but better than a cc306.this setup is goin on my stock bottom end 350 until i can save for a forged 383.

Comparing actual flow #'s, if you could find someone who can get an honest 27X peak cfm with high midlift #'s out of an LT1 head, you'd not be at a disadvantage going that route IMO - especially considering the price difference.

A well done LT1 headed HR combination will trap up to about 122mph in my experience
