Advice or opinions.

The g/f finally got her own car so now I can stop sharing mine. Have pacesetter l/ts and a larger t/b in the garage waiting to go on. Without totally rebuilding the motor or spraying it, whats a good combo to get me to the 350ish h/p mark?

If you've got the cash, get a heads/cam package from lloyd elliot. His site is eportworks.com. That should easily put you at or over 350rwhp. If I had the cash that's what i'd do.

A hot cam kit with your LT's would get you close to 350. I got 345 rwhp & 346 Tq on that set up. The cam kit and mail order tune + fluids and gaskets, should not be much more than $700 DIY. I used PCM 4 less for my hot cam tune.

Also, don't install the bigger tb. It won't help you at this stage of the game.

I was thinking the same thing, a hotcam kit, headers, and a good tune should get you there or pretty close. A heads/cam package from Lloyd accompanied by a tune will easily get you there and beyond.
