hey guys i have a ? is there supposed to be any seals that go on the ac line that goes behind the ac compressor,when i bought the the line i didnt remember if there the seals were already on there or not.I changed the line bc the line at the bottom of the condensor that goes to the back on the compressor was leaking and looked chewed up.

Im wondering about the seals bc my ac compressor would make a squeeling/grind noise when turned on and it leaks freon,but idk if its leaking bc if it needs the seals,or the bolt isnt tight,or the compressor is bad,id hate for it to be the compressor i dont have alot of money for a new one.but i remember there was a seal on the line that connects to the bottom of the condensor on the passenger side that routes with the compressor.

Definitely 2 seals that are identical in composition to the steam pipe seals that are on the back of the head, different size though. Metal/aluminum sandwich type. I THINK there may be a part # listed on Shoebox's site, give it a look

I'm sure you could find them cheaper at an auto parts store.
