AC delete, what do I need?

AC delete, what do I need?
What else do I need besides a shorter belt with the AC delete pulley like off of ebay to get rid of the ac? I found out today that my ac doesn't work. I will not be fixing it. I want to retain the heat though.

That's what I should have done instead of getting raped for $750 for a new compressor, drier, and all that crap.
