AC Clutch not engaging.

Any ideas? I have ground to the compressor, but I am not getting 12 volts to it. I've swapped the relay and still nothing. All the fuses (that I found) for the AC system are fine.

thanks,
Joe.

I thought about that, but its a 3 prong plug, and it doesnt seem to do anything when you jump the wires. Is there a way to jump that plug??
