ABS Lights after cam install???
ABS Lights after cam install???
Does anyone ever had their ABS lights stay on after a cam install? My mechanic just finished installing a CC305 cam, CC1.6RRs, Hooker shorties and after all is done he took the car around the block for a test drive and now the ABS light stays on???
Also, he indicated that the brake system is slightly firmer to push down and if he would've done a panic stop he wouldnt be able to stop in time???
I'm alittle confused because I've never heard of this happening to any of my other buddies.

check all wheel sensors.. check your abs box, make sure all the connectors are plugged in.. I had an abs light on after my header install for 6 months before figuring out it was just a connector not plugged in.. I even had my abs system scanned and the whole 9 yards... Most likely something got unplugged and not replugged in.. good luck
