my abs inop went on and i changed the rear brake fluid then it went off.a week later its back on.i changed the rear rotors and pads like a month ago and the light went on like two weeks later and thats when i changed the fluid.i dont hear or sense any prob with the brakes,they work fine.i dont think it could be a sensor or connection because when i bled the brakes it did go off for a couple of weeks.any ideas on what i should do?

 

when i bled the brakes i only did the rear brakes and forgot to start on the passenger side brake.i started on the drivers side.and i only bled the rear brakes b/c i put rear rotors and pads on.could dirty fluid just have gone through the system??maybe when i pushed the pistons on the calipers in it pushed in dirty fluid.the light is coming on like every couple weeks and im only driving barely 20-40 miles a week

 

Mine did the same thing. My third brake light was out. Replaced the bulb and it was fixed. This is common apparently.
