? about LPE CAI....

Ive had the Lingenfelter CAI for about 3 weeks now. My question is, is the intake supposed to generate a LOUD sucking sound. I know a sucking sound is normal as I had a cold air intake on my last car, but this is a real loud sucking....Is this normal or is something wrong? Thanks

when the car is warming up in the morning it makes the sucking noise but any other time I sit and idle it doesn't. I can't really hear the intake too well when I drive the car but it was noticeably different from stock. Is that when it happens, or at all times?

I'll try and pay more attention the next time I drive around, and I'll let you know if I hear anything that sounds like loud sucking. My only suggestion is to maybe check if they filter is loose on the plastic tube.

Mine was pretty loud, probably because it had an enormous K&N on it.
