About to install my LCAs, any tips or tricks?

They are BMR boxed control arms. Is this as simple as it looks? Do I need to suppor the rear end of the car or axle at all or do I just unbolt and bolt in the new ones? Thanks

Having the car up in the air makes it easier to work on. I put the car on jack stands located just in front of the LCA mount on the body. Replace one side at a time. You just don't want the rear to rotate and let a spring fly out, but with the torque arm, and shocks connected, and replacing one LCA at a time that won't happen.

Dont support the axle, and take nuts off off both of the bolts before you try to get the bolts out it makes it a ton easier, mine kept getting pinched when I tried one at a time. Then put the new ones on and then load the suspension and tighten the bolts and add a shot of grease to each bushing and you are ready to go.
