About how much hp and torque after this?

Ok, I have a 97 Z28. Almost stock...the only thing done is I have one 40 series Flowmaster. Instead of doing everything one by one, I want to save up a lot of money and buy all my performance parts and install them at once. Here's what I would like to do...

Another 40 Series Flowmaster
H-Pipe
K&N FIPK
LT4 Hotcam kit
3.73 gears
Torque Converter/2800 stall
Hooker Long Tube Headers

Well, first off, what do you guys think? Sound pretty good, or does it sound like crap? Would this set up even work good? If this all works fine, about how much hp and torque would I be at? Thanks.

re:

I could tell you to search on this because it's been covered a million times but I'll be nice. It all depends on what your goals are. Your car doesn't have a h pipe it has a y pipe and if you decide to go with hooker long tubes (good choice) you will have to get a mufflex or another brand y pipe. A good way to start would be the following
some sort of cai (k&n, moroso, whatever)
catback exhaust(brand is personal preference)
headers and y pipe(shortys if you have to pass emissions, LT's if not)
Lt4 knock module
3.73 gears
torque converter(yank or vigilante are real good but others are good too)
1.6 rr's
and a good set of tires.
