Question

I have a A4 tranny and I'm seriously considering 3.73 gears from the stock 3.23 's I believe I have, unless I am wrong, then please someone correct me. But I was wondering if anyone might know the best place to find a gear set at a good price and what is a good brand. Any help appreciated!

$225 down here for just labor...$90 for the kit...then to go from the 2 carrier to the 3 is another few bucks...

that site runs on gear ratios only. It doesn't account for drag. Therefore, the speeds given will be theoretical, not actual, in most cases. (( this is also speculation because I haven't visited the site. just going off the sample data above. ))

I thought you wanted to know how much gear he'd have left.

personally, i wouldn't be taking my tranny- and its stacked- into OD @ wot-

which should be perfect
on the bottle i shouldn't top 135mph (or come close for that matter)

I should be trappin around 6500rpms in 3rd
