did u notice any difference in 3rd gear pull??i still have the stock 3.23 gears and a set of 3.73s waiting to go in.i was curious because my car feels completley dead in 3rd gear like it levels off and quits pulling.it has become even more noticeable since i put the 2800 non lock up stall in my car about a yr ago.

 

I went from 3.23s to 3.73s and I noticed a big difference in all gears, except maybe 4th.
I also did a shift kit at the same time but kept the stock stall, It really woke the car up, I was impressed.
Of course traction will become a BIG problem, at least for me it did.

 

traction is a major issue for me as is.on drag radials i spin into second on the street.on the track a bog a little if i heat them up good but pull 1.7 60's.im hoping for some 1.6's with the gear change and i want it to pull harder especially in 3rd gear.
