Hello all,
I'm having a big problem here. I while ago my baby blew a head gasket. with the way the military is it has taken me awhile to have the time to fix it. I got all new gaskets cleaned everything put it back together and when I put new fluid it I could hear it poring out again. I stuck my had in the back and could feel if flowing out between the head and the block. Pissed at myself I forgot to check and see if the head was warped or not. Next step....take it all apart again. called a friend at a machine shop and got all of that straightened out. got it all home happy as can be and put it back together (again new gaskets). put fluid it and you one again it starts to poor out the back same spot.
please tell me its not my block and I'm just putting the head on upside down or something easy. thanks for all of your help and support.

 

Are you connecting the steam line at the back of the head?
