Hi, I just perchased the car and was curious what times you guys think it will turn. It is an A4 car with 3.23. I am going down to the F-Body show and will race it there just curious on what to expect in the 1/8 and the 1/4. My guess is 9.2 1/8 and 14.3 in the 1/4. Once back I will post the actual results. you should be able to get 9.0 and under a 14.0 with a decent 60ft

 

Bandit..... nice name man! My car did 14.1 @ 99 with 2.73 gears. Do you have any mods? Exhaust, CAI, free stuff? A little more info on your car might get you a few more replies! Good luck and welcome to the board!

I bought a '97 WS6 new and brought it to the track with 5,000 miles on the odometer. With my Exwife driving, it ran 14.27@98 mph...bone stock with an automatic and 3.23 gears.

My '93 Z A4 w/ 3.23's did 14.0 stock but that was with a 2.0 60', so I say 14.1 or better, you also have 305 hp to my 275 so that should help

Well atleast you know around what times you'll be running. I agree with all of um. I did 14.1 a week outta the showroom.

Bone stock, I ran a 14.02 @ 99 with 122K and a 2.73 rear.

 

w/ 323's and a good running/launching LT1 id say @ or around 13.8's is a safe bet

 

dang, i wish schedule to work saturday or i'd go! i've been wanting to get to a different track anyways and try to break out of the 14s. that would be a nice trip too...hopefully the rain from the hurricane is moved out by then.
i'd say he'll be somewhere in the low 14's at 98-100. but maybe that track is faster than nationaltrails raceway.

 

Are you sure it's a WS.6. They didn't come with 3.23.
They only came with 3.42

or maybe the auto's were different

 

autos could come with 3.23's, and maybe even the 2.73's if someone ordered it like that for some reason
