A M6 96 TA WS6... Factory rated 305hp, how much torque? How much do they USUALLY dyno anyway? I just got one and i'm a little curious... I want like 350lbs of torque and about 310-320rwhp... and i'm just finding out the car has an extra 20hp!! I thought it was 285 like the other TA's... :-)

How did you come to the conclusion that you have 20 extra horses?

Well... last time I remembered... 305 minus 285 equals 20... hence the statement... "An extra 20 hp"... :-)

Seriously though, are you saying that the rating is bullsh!t and its really still gonna dyno at like 250rwhp?

That's what GM claimed the ram air cars were capable of since they had the ram air and a slightly better exhaust. You might see 260-270 depending on how well the motor has been taken care of.

How much torque you think? The car is a monster... 2nd freakin barks hard as hell and can feel the car take off when I hit it. 350lbs of torque should be a walk in the park I guess eh? Few free mods, then Long tubes should do the trick I hope... :-)

Generally 280-300 for a stock motor in good shape.

You already stated in your 1st post that the factory rated the WS6 cars at 305 hp. You made it seem like you discovered 20 additional horsies on top of that.
