96 lt1 ICM where does pin D get its 12V from??
the dark green wire that goes to the coil, where does it get its 12volts from?

Pin d will measure at 12v with the icm unplugged, but it is the wire that the icm pulses to ground to trigger the coil

So what would cause it to not get 12v with the icm unplugged?

THIS was the problem! jumped 12v from fuse 11 to pin a for the coil. bam SPARK! took that bad bitch out for a midnight run! thank you guys so much.
