what I would change is your approach to fixing it. Rather than replacing suspect parts I would get the cable and software to moniter data and read codes. Check the codes first as some will not trigger the cel. Then if you have the ability to moniter the data you can see if various sensors are working proper and can also look at the data when the problem happens. It almost sounds like the second issue is when it goes into closed loop and that would point to looking at the o2 sensors working properly. It sounds as if after it is warm and after the "issues" it runs better. If that is the case perhaps the heater on the o2 is not working. I also might question a dirty or sticky injector. If you were to replace injectors and o2 sensors that would be $400 bucks right there and no guarantee its the problem so back to my main point about using proper diagnosis and testing before replacing parts is not only cost effective but a more effective approach. The coolant sensor you changed was it in water pump or head? Did you test is before or after replacement to verify if it was still working or not?

i dont have the software or cable to check the codes , the check engine light isnt on so i hadnt thought about the trouble codes. the problems start after my car starts to warm up ,it runs great when its still cold. no i didnt check the coolant tempsensor before or after i changed it..justdone it thinking that was the problem

You can get the cable for $50 - 60 and there is some free software for the obd1 cars. The reason I asked if you had tested the temp sensor is because it would verify the original part was working fine (or not)plus if you add the chance the new one isnt you just made life harder. Did you change the sensor in the head or in the water pump? It does sound like it may be a closed loop issue and that would cause me to question the o2 sensors as well as any unmetered air(hole or split in intake tube is a common one) an exhaust leak before the o2 could be suspect. I guess a dirty maf may cause problems also( but would probably have to be from over oiling an air filter or something). I guess without the ability to see the data it will be hard to narrow some things down but I assume you could disconnect the o2 harness and see if that improved things( I wouldnt run it very long this way but just for diagnosis).
