Saw a trickflow 1LE elbow, other than making my engine look a little cooler is it worth purchasing for my Camaro?? Any hp gains from it?

 

I doubt there would be any noticeable gains. But I'd like one just to get rid of the huge silencer in the stock intake elbow

And as Shoebox states no gain. Are you talking about the actual rubber 1LE elbow or an aluminum elbow? Anything other than rubber can become a source of being a heat sink, which could help defeat cool air intake, now how much and what is a whole diff story, and if it is enough to matter even...just a thought. Getting rid of that donkey dick hanging down was worth the $$$ for a 1LE elbow to me lol.
