My friend just purchased a 95 Z with a strong transmission and suspension. He was wondering what all he would need to put in a carbureted 350 crate engine in. Would you need a wiring harness? Would the transmission hook up cleanly with the new engine? Would it be an easy process?

 

I just did this conversion and installed a carburated 358ci engine that I was playing with. The install wasn't all that complicated, though certain parts of it were kind of critical. I removed the engine harness and the computer. Outside of that all other wiring remained inside the car.

I'm sure there is more to post than I can think of, so if you have any specific questions let me know.
