this guy is trying to tell me that his 95 trans am lt1 is faster then a camaro lt1!! hm arent they pretty much the same car different body? possible different gears in regard to if it 6 speed or auto right? just wondering if there is something special about trans am that i dont know about.

 

Trans AMs have an emblem of a bird on front bumper, which adds 90HP and 100LB of torque.

The camaro I think accually is slightly faster(only by a fraction) cause the trans am is slightly heavier.

 

Tell him he is smoking crack, as stated before the cars are the same besides the skin, wheels, and the interior.

Drive train is 100% interchangeable, and not in any way specific to Chevy or Pontiac.
