95 lt1 oil leak help

I have a 95 lt1 which is idling rough after a mac header install and seams to be leaking a decent amount of oil. I looked at the spark plugs and number 4 on the drivers side was sparking as the wire was laying on the header pipe. So i went on to try and find the oil leak and the whole oil pan and what ever the metal peice right in front of it is was covered in oil along with the lines that run just to the right of it. I also noticed slight oil coming from between the pulley and shaft connect just in front of the engine block. I dunno much abotu cars as you can tell so i was wondering if someone had an idea what this might be? The car has been taken to the shop for the oil leak for a while now and they always say they fixed it but it ends up leaking again. So i wanted to know what you guys think.

The running issue could have to do with the headers. If they were coated it might have fouled the O2's and you would need to replace if thats the case. A simple check of they and what the readings are will prove either way. The back of the manifold can leak and if you run your hand back there you can tell by how much oil if its your problem. The arching plug wire will also need to be fixed of course. I hope you only paid once for the leak they thought they fixed.

are we talking intake or exhaust manifold? And no i actually paid 2 or 3 times out of 5 cause they kept telling me it was different things such as cam bearing and stuff. In fact there was never a leak before they told me they had to replace my oil pump and since then its never stoped.

Now we know how they stay in business. Repeat customers
The air intake can be checked by feeling the back below the EGR valve from side to side.
