95 Camaro z28 wont start

My buddy has a 95 camaro z28 and it wont start. We checked the battery and everything checks out fine. But when we put the key in none of the gauges light up on the dash. The beeping sound comes on and the windows go up and down. But when you try to turn the key nothing happens.

Any help will be appreciated! Thanx

check your cabes on your starter and make sure its wired right. i made the mistake of putting the ground wire on the prong on the starter and it wouldnt turn over. I drilled a whole in the body on the undercarige of the car put the ground there and it fired right up.

it almost sounds like a dead baterry though. or a blown fuse. check under the hood in the fuse box. its a red fuse with a 10 on it i believe dont quote me though.
