95' Camaro Top End

Alright i have a 95' Camaro and it needs lifters, it taps pretty bad when it first fires up and it always taps a little. Tonight was the second time that a rocker arm turned sideways and wasnt on the valve or pushrod....anyone know what the cause is? Anyways im tearing into the top end to put lifters in it, also thinking of a set of roller rockers. This is my daily driver but what do you guys think I should do and what brand parts opinions and other stuff. I'm trying to get parts ordered asap...I plan to play with this car on the track a little this summer but for right now i just wanna replace the lifters and maybe rockers
So what is required to do this, im not a novice but i am with these engines if that makes any sense..........Thanks a lot I appriciate all the help cause right now I'm forced to drive my Ford lol

Sounds like a lifter collapsing you got that down. I would say a set of GMPP lifters would do you very well. A good set of 1.6 roller rockers will boost performance and reliability as it reduces strain on the valve train. A set of crane or comp cams will do the job well and will allow for building in the future.

If the rocker arms have been removed a few times and the nuts reused, that to could cause the problem... Stock rocker arm nuts are cheap to buy for a quick fix...
