95 a4 tranny problems

Having lots of problems with my a4 trannies. I had a jet performance tranny and blew it, nothing above second gear. So I bought a stage 3 netgearhead tranny(racing) , a yank 3500 stall, a new driveshaft. Blew that one after 1 week. Again, nothing above second gear. As that was under warranty, I shipped it back to them and they made me pay $400 to get it repaired because they said I did not break it in properly and was just too hard on it. So, I get the tranny back and throw it back in. They said to break it in for at least 500 miles. I broke it in for 1000 miles,no freeway, no hard launches, no over reving. Anyhow, again I've got nothing above 2nd gear and the tranny has 1200 miles on it. I did put in a tranny cooler on it also. The tranny and convertor were awesome together, no traction first, chirps into second, chirps into third. anyhow, what else could be the problem. getting tires of pulling the tranny. this will be the third time this year.

What you running on that motor, like 30 pounds of boost?
A stage 3 should be fine for most anything. I really can,t give you any advice either, maybe a switch to 400 turbo?

just basic mods on motor. headers, cai, chip, 3500 stall, granetelli maf, ignition. Have a nitrous kit but have yet to finish installing it or use it. I'm almost positive that there has to be something else causing this though I have absolutely no idea what it might be. There is no way at all I was hard enough on uit to blow it.

On my units, you only need to put about 20 - 25 miles on them (assuming fluid level, and temperature are ok) before you can make a quarter mile pass. When the unit is "built correctly", the 3-4 clutch problems should be a thing of the past. The part of "they made me pay $400 to get it repaired because they said I did not break it in properly and was just too hard on it", is just their way of "not honoring" their warranty. Unless you made "quarter mile passes" from the beginning (first couple of miles of getting the transmission running), you shouldn't be having any problems like this.
