Like I said, you should measure your existing belt. 635 may be too short. The 642 fits my 95, but might not fit yours. Measure.

example:

4 06 049 5

1st digit (4) represents a K section Poly V-belt.

2nd and 3rd digit gives the number of ribs.

4th, 5th, and 6th digit are the length in inches.

7th digit is length in tenth of an inch.

Part number 4060495 would be a K section Poly-V belt, six ribs wide, with a length of 49 and 5/10 inches.

I think we are trying to convince you that pre-tuned, "canned" solutions are not what you want and low dollar return. I believe that is even less customize-able than the Hypertech. Your original post said you wanted something custom when done with your mods. Why waste money on something like this, now?

Re: 94z28 Hypertech Power Programmer III????

What they sell on eBay is a total scam. Typically it's a 25-cent resistor in a 50-cent plastic box, with a couple of wires. Patches into the IAT or TPS sensor. It's not a chip and it does absolutely nothing for performance..... Well your car may be faster, because your wallet is lighter after you have been ripped off.

Get a mail order tune now. Most tuners have lower prices for a "basic" tune, and then offer you low cost on future re-tunes.

Re: 94z28 Hypertech Power Programmer III????

You can't "borrow" the Hypertech if it has been used on a car. It only works on one car at a time. If you want to use it on another car, the original car's tune has to be returned to stock.

Clearly, you badly want to try this thing. I suggest you go ahead and then report back what transpires. It has been proven in the past to be pretty worthless (as you have already been advised).

They should re-label it "Hypertech - LT1 Programming for Dummies".
