Re: 94 z28 coolant sensor leaking??help
"New Member Intro" isn't the best place to get tech help. Let's move this to "LT1 Based Engine Tech" where you already have a post.
Coolant temp sensor or coolant level sensor? Suspect its the level sensor, since the others are screw in.

Is it leaking at the O-rings, or through the body of the sensor? The coolant seems to penetrate the seal, contaminate the PC board (which causes a false "low" reading). Once it's in the body, who knows where it will go.

I would make sure it is all the way into the mounting neck, then install the clip. Shoebox's photo may help.
I assume you cleaned any sludge and corrosion out of the mounting neck.

Make sure the seals are lubricated with some coolant, so they don't "roll" when you install the sensor. The clip should snap on when you install the sensor, but you will have to look carefully to make sure it did. If the rings are just not large enough to seal, you can take them off and put a few laps of teflon tape under them and put them back on. That will expand them a little in hopes of creating a better seal.
