94 non vented opti pics??

94 non vented opti pics??
srry to bother everyone with another opti post.. but i need a picture of a 94 optispark.. my dad has a motor sittin around with an opti on it, but it looks to me like the 95+ (he was told its an LS1??? they dont have optis though right?!) anyway i need a pic to compare before i go buy one when mine dies

LS1's dont have them. The 93-94 version will only have holes for 8 cylinders and a coil and a plug for the PCM. The 95-97 style will have two extra holes for vents.

oh man... you guys may have just saved me a lot of money lol i thought that other plug on the top (left in that pic but right if ur looking at it on the motor 
) was the for the air vent he has teh 94 lt1!!!! but it has LS1 heads and had an LS1 intake... can anyone explain that to me? (i dont remmeber seeing the intake personally it was gone before i saw the motor but the heads are LS1 they have the "big-block" style holes and the serial comes back as an LS1... either that or i nor the guy that sold him the engine has any idea what were talking about il have to get a cheapo digital shot of it next time im up there to show you guys

We just took the opti out of my car the other day. Noticed something really strange... The opti that came out of the 94Z had NO vent holes. 95 up had 2 vent holes. My buddy had an LT1 in his shop and since I'm putting on a Delteq I didn't mind putting on a used opti. Well, this one looks just like the opti for my 94Z except it has ONE vent hole?!?!? What's up with that?
