put 94 lt1 into my 95 z28 lt1 has auto trans. what do i need to do to make this work ?????????

 

Did you swap only the engine? Not the trans? The engine is virtually identical, except for the unvented Opti on the 94 engine (delete 95's vacuum and air supply lines, plug holes). If you also swapped in the 94 trans, you have to have the PCM reprogrammed for the on/off torque converter lockup used in 94 (95 is pulse width modulated lockup).

 

i only swapped the the 94 motor into the 95 z28 sorry i didnt mention this new to this forum trying to get this running thanks for any info tony!!!!!!
