94 headers on a 96-97?

94 headers on a 96-97?
Have never seen anything on this really and got nothing on a search.
If you do not have emmisions will a set of used LT's for a 94 LT1 car work on a 96-97 car?
I can't think of anything off the top of my head that would prevent it unless its something with the tranny or something???
