94 auto. speed limiter and 110 mph speedo - BOO!!

I would like to get rid of the 110 mph speed limiter and also throw in 150 mph gauges. How and where?

I have a saver programming package for $45 that does exactly what you need.
Alternatively you can do it with a Hypertech Programmer or if you buy your own tuning software...

And that would be at least $300 or more for the Hypertech. I think
