I have installed a set of MAC headers on the 1993, however, I have one problem. On the passanger side, the EGR (might be AIR not sure which) does not reach the flange in the header. The flange is located almost all the way at the front of the header. My EGR is orginally connected to the back of the exhaust manifold. Did I install it wrong? Is there anyway I can make a connection from the threads on the EGR to the flange on the header? Need help fast because this is the last thing I need to do before I can use the car again!

 

I installed Mac headers last week on my 1995 camaro and everything was okay. The egr has a metal simple that you have to connect with passenger header. It should be simple job...Let me know.
