93 z-28 396 auto 37 lb delphi injectors 58mm bbk with iac hole driled to 11/64 and tube instaled. Borla headers and y pipe mufflex 4" catback. Comp cam's 08-000-8 @.050 dur in.236 ex.242 max liftin.520 ex.540. 1.55 in. and 1.5 ex. crower rockers. Afr 180cc heads and afr rev kit. Callies crank and rods srp pistons and total seal rings 10.58 to 1 compression with 0.51 cometic head gaskets. All new msd ignition 6al, blaster, cap, rotor, and wires.New heated o2's It has a couple of problems 1st is the iac counts. so far the only way I can keep them from going straight to 160 when in gear is to turn the throttle stop up till it idles at about 1275 rpm at this point counts are 0 in neutral and anywhere from 135 to 160 in gear stoped cruising it's from 70 to 130. Prob #2 is the throtle response off idle. push hard on the throttle and the motor sounds good pulls hard revs smooth but a light tap on it and it's realy flat. It stumbles for a second or dosent do anything at all. Alvin at pcm for less has done 2 chips for me so far and says I need to get the iac counts in order before we can go any farther.
