93 tach filter removal???

93 tach filter removal???
i searched but everything i got was just that it needed to be removed for a newer cluster but no info as to how you remove it.
do i just cut it out and leave it? do i connect the 2 white wires and ground the black or what?
any one that has done this i would appreciate some help. hoping to finally fire the 383 tomorrow so im kind of hurried as well
