93 lt1 intake w/ 94 pcm and harness?

will any of this conflict? im looking at switching to a 94 engine harness for ease of tuneability on my car

the reason i ask is because i know the intakes were a little different and the fuel rail crossover is different on the 93's and maybe that affected something

only think I know of is you have to tap the fuel rail for a braided crossover, but that's putting a 93 intake on a 94-97 motor

as far as making it work, you will need different o2's, a maf, and some more stuff I'm sure I'm forgetting

The 94 PCM is going to be looking for the tranny interfaces (reverse lockout, skip shift) which your M6 doesn't have. Conversion to heated O2 sensors as noted in the post above. Check the IAC motor... pretty sure 93 is different in some way than 94+. Maybe its just the harness connection. Speedo may be an issue, due to differences in VSS. Tach is driven off the coil in your 93. 94+ is driven off the PCM. Probably can leave the tach drive as it is. There will be subtle differnces in the connectors that pass thorugh the firewall. Shoebox has a year-by-year comparison:

You will now have sequential fuel injection. The 93 rails are designed to support batch fire. Not sure if you will run into any pressure variation problems, running the 93 rails sequential. Shouldn't be a problem, but then why did GM change the rails in 94. Don't forget to reprogram for injector size, if you use the stock 93 injectors with the 94 PCM.
