does anyone know if they sell an lt4 knock module for a 93 camaro with lt1 v8. If not is there a chip that i could buy to override the false knock created by the lt1 module after a car is modified.

 

There is no replaceable module in the 1993 ECM. About the only thing you can try to do is desensitize the circuit. A search should find some info. Desensitizing should only be needed if you have confirmed false knock with a scan tool or logging software.
