93 formula

Ok i have a 95 camaro and i was looking around and i found a 93 formula for sale with a m6. I can get the car for real cheap. Most of my friends said that 93 was not a good year for fbods. I dont know so im asking everybody is 93 a good year for these or are there lots of problems with f bodys in this year. need info

I had a 93z 6-speed, and it ran great. 93 was the first year of the 4th gen, and they had a non vented opti, speed density, smaller injectors, ect. If you can get it cheap go for it.
Try www. speeddensity.org thats all about 93s

I wouldn't listen to anyone that says this year or that year was no good. Myths.

The 93's had their little idiosyncrasies when compared to the 94+ LT1's.

This link is extremely informative as to what the differences are.

Also check out the speed density website posted in the above reply. Good people, know their stuff.

Well i can get the formula for 3k or just put 3k into my 95 z28. Also how hard is it if anyone has done it to swap a4 to m6 i was thinking about doing it to my z

I did the swap from a4 to m-6. It wasnt that bad. The hardest part i thought was changing the pedals, and cuting the hole in the firewall for the clutch. I used this site when i did mine. hope i give you an idea.
