7/16 rocker arm studs?

7/16 rocker arm studs?
ok guys so i am ordering some studs for the car right now and i need a part number for the 7/16 from summit and if i plan on running guide plates do i need locator shanks on the studs?

TrickFlow Guideplates PN 30400623-8, if you try searching it on summitracing.com, they wont ship till 6/5/2008, BUT if you go to ebaymotors and search the pn, (30400623-8) you find that summit is selling them their and shipping immediately. same price, same shipping charge as the regular store.

well i tried to order the guideplates about 20 minutes ago 
with the rest of my order and even though on the regular site it said it would ship tomorrow when I got to the checkout it said backordered. Got it on eBay though.

The guideplates I ordered arrived today. I'm not sure why they showed as backordered.
