6AL mounting location?

Where do all of you have your msd box mounted? I am looking at mounting it sideways on the radiator support behind the left headlights, or on the left strut tower in front of the fuel lines. Any other ideas? Also, is everyone using the rubber mounts from msd or just bolting them down?
Thanks

i mounted mine on the shock tower since i had the stock airbox in the way on the rad support.

just remember it needs to be ventilated and out of water's way.

Not the greatest picture but here is where I have my 6A box mounted. I got the idea from another board member.

Damm look at all those t-bolt clamps.

The nicest place I have seen an MSD box mounted was on the firewall.

I have mine in the passenger footwell, up near the heater core. I have some long legs, and it is just far enough away that I don't kick it when I am in the passenger seat. I installed it in the passenger compartment, so it'll be easy to run the tach wire and and change the pills. Sorry, no pics right now.

Tell me about it and those torque clamps were not cheap either but I guess you have to do, what you have to do to make things work they way you want them to work.....Without a welder

Thx,
Claude
