That sucks to hear it isn't something easy. Have you thought of going down the route of an ignition box? I have graphs from early in the heads/cam days that look similar to your graph, but I ended up changing so many things at the same time I couldn't attribute it to one thing.

I changed wires, added an ign box, and loosened up the valve lash. Also went to a th400 but I doubt it was related.

What are you calling an 'ignition box'? The small module by the coil?

No I'm refering to an MSD or Mallory. The graph doesn't look very ignition related, but I've heard of stranger fixes.

Also back to basics:
Did you degree the cam?
Have you removed a spring to check one? I realize they are new, but?
Have you eliminated valve float as the cause?

That doesn't look like valve float.
