52 MM throttle body
ive decided to buy a 52mm throttle body.....who makes the best or is mroe prefferable.....i know edelbrock is well known...anybody tell me anything different....also where to get one...i found one on e-bay...worth it??http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2457117832

get your stocker ported to 52mm for less than $200 
that way there is no idle issues to deal with.....
you do know that you probably wont see much if any performace gain right?

What other stuff u got done?
Going from a 48mm to a 52mm on a stock to lightly modded car IMO is one of the lowest things on the list to do. I just think u can benefit from other stuff first

I got a 52mm ported stocker a while back from eBay for around $200. It came with sealed roller bearings, clean and shiny, tolerances blew the stocker out of the water. VERY nice TB. If you're going 52, there's no need to spend 300-400 on a new aftermarket one. Put that extra $$ towards another mod.

I got a BBK 52mm TB used. Fairly good price. I had to tune down the idle cause it idled really high after I put it on. But I'm real happy with it. You won't really notice any SOTP gains from it though.
