When I read fuel in all cylnders I new it was most likly the regulator....same thing happend to me.....#5 will catch the worst of it because it is right across from that vacume port and everytime you cycle the key it squirts right at it. #5 cylinder got washed pretty good which would explanes its lower compression.You were lucky you didnt crack the housing on the starter like I did when the engine hydrolocked. Anyway glad you got it figured out ...wish I would have seen the thread sooner.
